The remarkable outpouring of support, care, and concern from individuals and institutions, both locally and globally, has been unprecedented. This collective compassion serves as a powerful reminder of our late founder and patron, Dayaram Bhakta Mathema, who emphasized that sharing with our community is a fundamental responsibility of caring individuals. Every act of kindness stems from a place of deepest gratitude in life.
Over the past sixteen years, since its inception, the foundation has remained committed to its core vision of upliftment in the areas of education and health, while promoting an understanding of cultural heritage and roots, particularly among the younger generation through our initiative, “Culture through the Eyes of Youth.”
We feel fortunate and humbled to carry forward the torch he ignited during his lifetime, nurturing a spirit of sharing and caring within our beautiful community. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families, and we sincerely wish for their pain and suffering to be alleviated.
