Daya Foundation proudly celebrated the 100th birth anniversary of its founder, Late Dayaram Bhakta Mathema, at the cultural hub, Daya Chhen. To honor his incredible contributions, The Unstoppables Women Series, authored by Luja Mathema, was donated to six government schools. Additionally, six schools received smart interactive boards to enhance engaging learning experiences for students.
The event featured a heartfelt address by President Ms. Meekha Mathema, daughter of the late Dayaram Bhakta Mathema, who reflected on his remarkable achievements and the family's ongoing efforts to uphold his legacy.
The celebration concluded with a delightful serving of traditional Newari cuisines, blending heritage with a commitment to empowering future generations.
